The Anna Lindh Foundation is seeking to appoint a Networks Manager as a new member of its management team. The NetworksManager, working from the Foundation’s Alexandria Headquarters, will develop and manage the Foundation’s work with its national networks.


A dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience in social development and outreach activities with civil society networks and partnerships. The candidate must have excellent communication skills with experience of managing and cultivating relationships.

The Networks Manager will be a member of the Foundation senior management team and will be mandated to learn about the Foundation’s programming and methodologies developed with civil society networks across the Middle East, North Africa, the Balkans and Europe.

Since 2005, the Foundation has led the development of a unique network of civil society members working in the domain of intercultural dialogue and conflict prevention. The Foundation has a priority focus on how to reinforce this Network at the heart of its mission and programme, leveraging the potential of the Network for multiplying impact and reach. This includes the design and development of a support and-capacity-building mechanism to support national network coordinators. The NetworksManager in charge of the support mechanism and capacity-building measures ill have a key role in this new policy to the Foundation Network members and civil society stakeholders at large.
